Start by contacting us with your requirements:

  • Product name / type (e.g., solid wood flooring, wall panel, custom design)

  • Quantity and size specifications

  • Destination country or port

  • Any special customization needs

Our sales team will reply within 1–2 business days with a detailed quotation and catalog.


2. Confirm Quotation & Sample

Once you receive the quotation, please:

  • Review all specifications, prices, and delivery terms carefully.

  • Request a sample if needed to check color, texture, and finish quality.

We will arrange sample production and shipping after payment confirmation.
Sample cost can be deducted from your bulk order later.


3. Place Order & Make Deposit

After sample approval and final confirmation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your official order.

  • Production begins upon receiving your deposit payment (usually 30%).

  • Payment methods: T/T, PayPal (depending on region).

Your order will enter our production schedule immediately after confirmation.


4. Production & Quality Control

All products are manufactured under strict international quality standards (ISO / CE / SGS).
Our QC team conducts inspections at every stage:

  • Raw material selection

  • Cutting and shaping

  • Surface treatment and coating

  • Packaging inspection

We’ll provide photo and video updates during production so you can track progress with confidence.


5. Balance Payment & Shipping

After production completion:

  • You’ll receive detailed photos or a video for final approval.

  • Once approved, please arrange the balance payment (usually 70%).

  • We’ll then ship your goods via the agreed logistics method:

    • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk orders

    • Air Freight or Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx) for small shipments

You’ll receive a tracking number and shipping documents (invoice, packing list, B/L) once dispatched.


6. Delivery & After-Sales

Upon delivery, please check all items carefully:

  • Inspect packaging condition

  • Verify quantities and specifications

  • Report any damage within 7 days

Our after-sales team will respond quickly to any issues regarding installation, quality, or warranty.
