1. Installation Guide
Step 1 — Mark Drill Points
Use a measuring tape and electric drill to accurately mark the drill points on the wall or installation surface.
Ensure all lines are straight and level before proceeding.
Step 2 — Drill & Insert Screws
Drill holes at the marked points and insert screws firmly to create a stable base for the frame or supporting structure.
Step 3 — Adjust Leveling
Turn the nuts or use leveling tools to align and level the frame precisely, avoiding gaps or uneven joints.
Step 4 — Apply Adhesive
Apply structural adhesive or industrial-grade double-sided tape evenly to the back of the frame or panel.
Do not use excessive adhesive to prevent surface bulging.
Step 5 — Sequential Installation
Install panels section by section along the wall, ensuring seamless alignment at each joint.
Check the vertical and horizontal alignment after every few panels.
Step 6 — Panel Fixing
Fix wall panels securely using center seams, hidden fasteners, or I-shaped joining strips to achieve a smooth, stable, and clean surface finish.
