What Is The PP Wrapped Wall Panel?
PP wrapped wall panel is a functional building decoration board primarily composed of inorganic silicates. The substrate is made of calcium silicate board, manufactured through processes such as siliceous materials (silica sand powder), calcareous materials (lime powder, cement, etc.), reinforcing fibers (cellulose fibers), and a small amount of additives, including slurry preparation, molding, pressing, and autoclaving. A PP film (Polypropylene Film) is applied to the substrate surface for decoration, and then bonded to the substrate using a specialized adhesive system. The bonding process typically employs hot and cold pressing to create a stable structural bond between the decorative film and the inorganic substrate.
